TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.TERMS All products are brand new and come with full factory warranty{unless specified or stated otherwise}.We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Defective returns: You may return defective items to us within 30 days for exchange {less shipping & handling charges}. After 30 days the manufacturer's warranty will apply. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in its original factory condition including boxes, manuals, adapters, packing materials and warranty card {not filled out} and any other accessories. You must obtain a request authorization number from us at contact@JUSTRECORDERS.com before any merchandise is returned. Any product returned without an RMA# issued by justrecorders.com will be refused and sent back to the buyer. REFUNDS: YOU MAY REQUEST TO RETURN YOUR ORDER FOR A REFUND WITHIN THE FIRST 5 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. THIS REQUEST MUST BE MADE VIA E-MAIL TO: CONTACT@JUSTRECORDERS.COM. ANY REQUEST TO RETURN AFTER THE ALLOWED TIME (5 BUSINESS DAYS) WILL BE DENIED. ITEMS ALLOWED TO BE RETURNED FOR REFUND MUST BE IN NEW UNUSED CONDITION AS IT WAS SHIPPED. WE DO NOT RESELL USED ITEMS OR REFURBISH ITEMS. IF THE ITEM APPEARS USED IT WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO IT'S OWNER AT THEIR EXPENSE. ONCE THE ITEM ARRIVES AND IT IS INSPECTED YOUR ORDER WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS SHIPPING/HANDLING. FREE SHIPPING PROMO AND REFUNDS: ALTHOUGH YOU MAY HAVE CHOSEN FREE SHIPPING, SHIPPING IS NOT FREE. THIS SERVICE CHARGE COLLECTED BY THE DELIVERY COMPANY MUST BE RECOVERED IN THE EVENT A PRODUCT IS RETURNED FOR A REFUND. THE ACTUAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT. Refunds for any reason will not be honored and the warrantee will be voided if the product returned is altered/modified in any way, {e.g. cut cable, wrong power supply, painted over, etc.}. So please if you have a special need or request for a product let us do it for you. We will consider any of your requests and make it the way you like it. 2.LEGAL STATUS OF PRODUCTS. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Security Cameras 911 corp., to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws.
